Our Body Shop is engineered for precision. We don't just "fix" dents; we perform structural restoration. Utilizing advanced panel-beating techniques and computerized frame alignment, we return your vehicle to its original factory geometry.
For painting, we utilize a climate-controlled downdraft booth and spectrophotometer color-matching technology. This ensures that the new finish is indistinguishable from the original OEM paint in texture, hue, and depth.
The Body Shop Protocol
Every vehicle has a unique paint variance. We use digital spectrophotometers to analyze your current paint's "DNA," accounting for age and sun exposure to ensure the new panel matches the rest of your car perfectly.
Wherever possible, we prioritize PDR to maintain your factory paint. For deeper impacts, we use high-grade fillers and primers that prevent future "mapping" or sinking, ensuring the repair remains invisible for the life of the vehicle.
A repair is only as good as what is underneath. We apply anti-corrosive epoxy primers to all bare metal surfaces before painting, duplicating the rust-resistance your car had when it first left the assembly line.
Freshly painted panels are baked in our infrared curing systems. This accelerates the molecular cross-linking of the clear coat, providing a hard, durable finish that is ready for the road immediately upon delivery.
Before delivery, we perform a gap-analysis check. We ensure that panel gaps are uniform and that all hinges, sensors, and electrical components disturbed during the repair are functioning to factory specifications.
